By My friend Liliana Gonzalez has been missing in Texas for several weeks now. She went to a party in a nearby town over the weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday, but never returned. We hope she is safe and well.
Liliana hasn’t been to Fort Worth for awhile, so it’s no surprise that she hasn’t been to that town since she last visited the summer before. We hope she is safe and well.
For those who have not heard of Liliana, she is a 19 year old Colombian student who was born in Colombia and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She is the daughter of an American mother and an Italian father. She has a younger sister named Angel. Liliana is a good friend of my daughter, Jessica, and a good friend of Jessica’s sister, Angel.
Liliana left Fort Worth a few months ago to visit her sister, Angel in Colombia. She was supposed to return to Fort Worth in September but she never did. During last summer, she stayed in the Philippines with her family. She has been working in the hospital in Fort Worth for the past four months. Her family has given her the option to return to Texas, but she would like to visit Colombia for the summer. We wish her well.
Jessica and Angel are both currently in the hospital as well. Jessica has a very serious case of post-partum depression and Angel seems to be dealing with some sort of PTSD.
Jessica and Angel are two of our most recent additions! They are both doing well, and we are very excited to see what the future holds for them.
We are very sad to hear about the loss of our friend and colleague Liliana Gonzalez. She was a wonderful person and an incredibly talented person. She was also someone we will always remember for her unique wit and sense of humor.
In time, Jessica could become a part of our team and have many of our projects planned for their next project, and she is. The team will keep her coming back for more and will be making sure that she gets back to her roots.
